You'll have support from the Placement Office (PO) and a Placement Tutor, to plan, and during, your placement including a visit from your Placement Tutor. You'll complete a placement portfolio over the duration of the placement and improve your professional skills such as self-reflection, networking, evaluating progress and using the portfolio. To demonstrate understanding of People Resourcing & Talent Management and to be able to select and apply appropriate practitioner & academic resources to identify People Resourcing & Talent Management issues and propose relevant and realistic solutions.Apply knowledge and understanding on how to manage grievance, disciplinary, dismissal and redundancy effectively, ethically and lawfully within the workplace.Critically evaluate the key perspectives, principles, policies and practices that inform reward decision making.Understand the development of managing performance in organisations and evaluate the theoretical and conceptual frameworks that contribute to high performance organisations.Be able to undertake core talent planning activities and know how to contribute to the development of resourcing strategies including managing and planning recruitment and selection activties effectively and within the expectation of the law and best practice. ![]()
